Cancellations Liability Policy

Cancellation

All payments made to Sturgeon River Outfitters shall be non-refundable once confirmation of your reservation is received, in the event a cancellation becomes necessary, the $100.00 US deposit shall be credited towards a future reservation within the same calendar year, provided that space is available. Please be sure to reserve the exact date of your preference, as you will be charged for the full time and services reserved. There are no refunds for early departures and no credit for deposits on a member of your group who is not in attendance.

Liability

Sturgeon River Outfitters shall not be held liable for additional expenses or lost fishing time that are not within our control. These items include, but may not be limited to acts of God, lightning, fire, floods storms or other weather related issues, or other acts such as blockades or disruptions at the US - Canadian Border.

Please note: All guests staying at Sturgeon River Outfitters are responsible for damage to boats, outboard motors and equipment within the cabins.
